This is my weekly meal plan, mainly used so I don't have to think "What to buy? What to eat?" So, it's a fallback plan when nothing else comes to mind, or I just can't settle on anything.

In Japan, this was one of my favorites.

Stir-fried noodles, meat and vegetables in a Japanese Yaki sauce (murin, sugar and soy sauce)

  • I cook my own, baked instead of fried. The resturant uses platano, yuka and a pretty fancy salad it seems.
  • I serve the fish with a coleslaw laden with cabbage & celantro, a little avocado, tomato and onion.
  • I also serve chips of fried plantains, but not the yuca.

The true recipe has no meat. It does have a coddled egg and lots of cheese for protein, though. I sometimes have chicken or anchovies on this.
